Mekelesha

Mekelesha is an intense Ethiopian spice blend that does not contain chili. Instead, it contains "warming" and rather sweet-tasting spices, such as cinnamon and cloves. Mekelesha is added towards the end of cooking to round off the flavors of the dish.
